2 words: Stay away. Even after you pay your bill they threaten to send you to collections.
More accurately, Zero stars. Our home warranty company is contracted with them. I would not recommend them. The tech came and broke something else, causing another problem. After a second unsuccessful trip to our house, we are back to where we started with the original problem. Of course, we still have to pay for the work that they did, which was nothing. So, we are out a fee to be exactly where we started.
Very helpful over the phone and quick with repairs in store. Being an appliance retailer we deal with a lot of repair companies and Stuckwisch has proven themselves to be the easiest to deal with and get all of our repairs done.
I deal with them a lot and they have been very helpful and accommodating. Great work will recommend to friends
Awful service. They came out to my home 3 or 4 different times. They kept ordering new parts, and making new appointments had no clue how to fix my dishwasher. I ended up buying a new one and they still want their money for not fixing it.
